Geneva, Ill.: Richardson RFPD, an expert in wireless connectivity
components and IoT solutions, announced today that it has become a sponsoring member
of the Chicago Connectory.
Founded in 2017, the Chicago
Connectory is the first
Midwest innovation space dedicated completely to IoT. It is a 20,000
square-foot co-creation space and IoT incubator developed by Bosch and 1871that fosters collaboration, networking, problem-solving and
cutting-edge technology.
As a sponsoring member, Richardson RFPD brings its strong level
of IoT and wireless design expertise to the Chicago Connectory and its members.
One of Richardson RFPD’s first contributions to the Chicago Connectory will be
the development and installation of an interactive, multi-radio tracking demo
with 24/7 cloud-based monitoring. In addition, Richardson RFPD will assist Chicago
Connectory members to identify the latest wireless and IoT technologies from
the newest products offered by Richardson RFPD’s franchised suppliers.
Richardson RFPD’s extensive IoT offering includes modules,
gateways and components for LPWA/cellular, 5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GNSS
applications. Richardson RFDP also has a growing ecosystem of software and
design partners to deliver full IoT solutions.
